Radio Buttons.

Radio buttons are a one-answer solution in Netigate. They are perfect if you have, for example, a Yes/No question or if you want respondents to choose on a scale (e.g. 1-5). You can randomise the available options, add a 'weight' to each option, and add a text box to the last option.

Sample question: What department do you work in?
Check box.

Checkboxes are a multiple-answer solution in Netigate. You use this question type when you want respondents to be able to choose more than one answer alternative. You can even determine how many alternatives the respondent can select, e.g. max. 3 answer alternatives.

Sample question:
What type of transportation do you use? (Select all that apply).
Matrix.

The matrix question type should be used when you need to group questions that have the same answer option scale.

Sample question: Please rate your satisfaction with the following:
Customer service
Website
Product
Slider.

Sliders can be used by respondents to show their desired value on a sliding scale.
Rating
Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a way to measure loyalty and the method is built around a single question.

Sample question:
How likely are you to recommend Netigate Marketing to a friend or colleague?
Info text.

This is an example of the info text option. You can use this option to add informative text to your surveys.
